In the island of Graciosa, Azores, there is a new law!
From today on, the police together with the local autorities,
can shoot any street dog that ramble away,
The animal association says it deplorable
there are about 30 to 40 dogs,
The bst solution would be to built a kennel to receive the
abandoned dogs.
